Outpatient Projects: Optimal Outcomes developing $8.8M outpatient clinic for Florida Orthopaedic

CITRUS PARK, Fla. – Optimal Outcomes of St. Petersburg, Fla., has broken ground for an $8.8 million, 26,500 square foot outpatient facility for Florida Orthopaedic Institute at 6119 Gunn Highway in Citrus Park, near Tampa. Optimal says it is developing the project in collaboration with Florida Orthopaedic Institute, the state’s largest ortho group.

FARGO, N.D. – Duluth, Minn.-based Essentia Health announced that it is planning $80 million in additions to its medical facilities in Fargo during the next three years. The biggest expansion is a 105,000 square foot, $50 million addition to its 105-bed Fargo South Tower.
