New facility slated for Palisades Medical Center campus in North Bergen

New Jersey-based Palisades Medical Center and Indianapolis-based commercial real estate developer Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE) recently broke ground for a 57,000 square foot ambulatory building on the hospital’s campus in North Bergen, N.J., about 12 miles northeast of Newark.

The three-story Ambulatory Service Building will provide ambulatory and specialty care services, including a dialysis center, cancer care services through the Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC) John Theurer Cancer Center, the Ambulatory Center for Endoscopy, cardiology, gastroenterology, orthopedics and other multi-specialty physician practices from HUMC.
