CARMEL, Ind. – St.Vincent Carmel Hospital and Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE: DRE) announced March 3 that they have broken ground for the four-story, 85,847 square foot St.Vincent Women’s Center in this community about 30 minutes north of Indianapolis.
The MOB is being developed at 13420 N. Meridian, on the campus of St.Vincent Carmel Hospital and will be connected to the hospital and adjacent MOBs.
The two Indianapolis-based companies say the project will house a women’s center, pharmacy, café and boutique on the first floor; physical therapy, a maternal fetal medicine practice and timeshare space for physicians on the second floor; and physician offices on the third and fourth floors.
