DUKE REALTY TO DEVELOP 52,000 S.F. FACILITY FOR NORTH FULTON HOSPITAL

Duke Realty began work in recent weeks for a $12.8 million, three-story, 54,000 square foot outpatient facility next to the 202-bed North Fulton Hospital in the far north Atlanta suburb of Roswell, Ga. The developer will own the building.

It looks as if a need for Class A medical office space near the 202-bed North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Ga., will be filled by the fall of 2012.
That’s when Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE: DRE), a publicly traded real estate investment trust, plans to open a new 54,000 square foot, $12.8 million medical office building (MOB) next to the hospital in Roswell, about 30 miles north of Atlanta.
