Construction of a planned three-story, 60,000 square foot medical office building was within days of beginning when Baltimore’s Saint Agnes Hospital decided it needed more space than planned.

Anyone involved in the development of medical office buildings (MOBs) understands the need to remain flexible and ready to make changes in a project’s plans, even late in the pre-development process.

Denver-based NexCore Group LP, a medical real estate developer, is receiving kudos from administrators at Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore for doing just that.
