Last month, we published a story highlighting potential trends in the healthcare real estate sector, as told to us by members of the Editorial Advisory Board of Healthcare Real Estate Insights.

Most of their predictions for 2011 and beyond pointed to a positive outlook for the sector, which board members said is in for plenty of changes.

Most of the coming changes should provide new, positive opportunities for healthcare real estate firms, especially those that stay current and figure out how they can provide even more real estate services and expertise to doctors, hospitals and health systems, board members said.
