These transactions support Pinecroft’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a high-quality portfolio of healthcare-focused real estate assets across Texas and the broader United States.
The Vision Park Medical Office Building, developed by Pinecroft in 2022, comprises approximately 57,000 square feet and is 100% leased to a diverse group of established healthcare providers. Strategically located within The Woodlands medical corridor, the property benefits from close proximity to leading health systems, including Houston Methodist, St. Luke’s Health, Memorial Hermann Health System, Texas Children’s Hospital, and MD Anderson Cancer Center, positioning it as a premier destination for medical providers serving the greater north Houston area.
The Memorial Hermann Surgery Center of Richmond is a 12,935-square-foot, single-tenant ambulatory surgery center originally constructed in 2008 and acquired by Pinecroft in 2021. The facility is leased under a long-term agreement to a partnership between Memorial Hermann Health System, United Surgical Partners International, and local physicians.
