NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Irvine, Calif.-based Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III, which in 2015 terminated its public offering of stock after raising more than $1.8 billion, recently acquired a two-building portfolio of MOBs in Naperville, Ill., an affluent suburb of Chicago.
