Transactions: ARC Healthcare Trust III buys MOBs in Minnesota, Illinois and Georgia

WOODBURY, Minn. – New York-based ARC Healthcare Trust III Inc. recently went shopping in the suburbs of St. Paul, Minn., and landed a 36,375 square foot MOB for $14.9 million, or $410 PSF.
