LAS CRUCES, N.M. – On the east side of Las Cruces, the loss of a local golf course will someday be a gain for area medical consumers. That’s because a new medical complex is slated as the first phase of Park Ridge, a 110-acre mixed-use, multi-phase redevelopment project planned for the site of the now-defunct Las Cruces Country Club.
