Outpatient Projects: More Outpatient Healthcare Real Estate Project News

  • Cornerstone Companies Inc. recently broke ground on a new 16,000 square foot MOB next to the Anson planned community in Zionsville, a northwest suburb of Indianapolis. The Indianapolis-based HRE development firm, with locally based Wurster Construction as the general contractor, is building the facility at the entrance to the Stonegate neighborhood. The building will be home to the Indiana University Health Care System’s outpatient delivery system in Zionsville. The one-story, garden-style MOB will offer primary care, OB/GYN, physical therapy, and an urgent care center with extended hours. Designed by Indianapolis-based American Structurepoint, the facility is set to open in December 2015. Cornerstone, founded in 1985, has partnered with physicians and hospitals on the development of more than 50 medical facilities of all types.
