SAN JOSE, Calif. – A local company that owns 19 MOBs in an area adjacent to Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose is having some difficulty putting up number 20.
Samaritan Medical Center, a local firm that is not affiliated with the hospital, has submitted a request to the city for a rezoning of a 2.24-acre site where it would like to develop a 69,250 square foot MOB and a 3-1/2 story parking structure.
