New facility will be on the campus of the Holy Cross Germantown (Md.) Hospital

Denver-based NexCore Group LLC has broken ground on a 79,491 square foot MOB that it will own on the new Holy Cross Health hospital campus in Germantown, Md., a populous yet unincorporated municipality about 25 miles northeast of Washington, D.C.

The future Holy Cross Germantown Hospital Medical Office Building is scheduled to open in August 2015, about 10 months after the debut of the new 237,000 square foot, 93-bed hospital.
