PLAINVIEW, Texas — Covenant Health has announced a $40 million expansion and remodeling project for its campus in Plainview, a small Texas town about 75 miles south of Amarillo. The project will revamp every aspect of the hospital by expanding the operating rooms, remodeling the patient rooms, and creating new office space. It is expected to add about 30,000 square feet to the existing facility.
