Inpatient Projects: West Virginia hospital breaks ground with the help of $31.8M USDA loan

MADISON, W.Va. – Boone Memorial Hospital CEO Tommy Mullins finally got the groundbreaking ceremony he wanted.

After 12 years of waiting and planning, construction has officially started on the hospital’s new replacement facility in Madison, a rural town about 25 miles south of Charleston, W.V.
