SAN DIEGO – San Diego-based Pacific Medical Buildings (PMB), a well-known HRE development firm, recently promoted Jake Rohe to senior VP of development and Ben Ryan to chief financial officer and VP of operations.
It also hired Michael C. Brinkley as healthcare strategic advisor for healthcare development and acquisitions in Arizona. In addition to gaining a new position, Mr. Rohe has been made a partner in PMB LLC. Since joining PMB in 2005, he has become what company officials call an “expert” in outpatient healthcare real estate development, playing a major role in many of the firm’s development projects. He has also become a recognized speaker on topics such as LEED, lean design for healthcare and outpatient real estate development.
