MILWAUKEE – An award winning property manager has joined Milwaukee-based Siegel-Gallagher Management Co. (SGMC) as senior VP in charge of healthcare real estate.
David Domres, who has been awarded the Certified Property Manager of the Year three times by the Milwaukee chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), is helping to position SGMC in the healthcare real estate sector. Mr. Domres says he is focusing on two key components in leading the company’s healthcare real estate practice.
The first is to provide a strategic alignment between real estate and a healthcare organization’s goals, objectives, mission and deployment of its ambulatory strategy. Second is to help systems reduce costs and retain quality. “There is dramatic change occurring in healthcare,” Mr. Domres said. “There is a high demand for more efficient real estate performance.” Mr. Domres is past president of the Milwaukee chapter of the IREM, NAIOP Wisconsin and the Apartment Association of Southeast Wisconsin.
