In other news from NexCore, kidney care provider DaVita Inc. has signed a second lease in Pavilion A on the Silver Cross Hospital campus in New Lenox, Ill., southwest Chicago, bringing its total leased space in the building to 9,631 square feet. NexCore Group developed, leases and manages the 182,000 square foot Pavilion A, the largest outpatient facility on the campus and the only one directly integrated into the $270 million replacement hospital.
