New facility in Monroe, Wash., serves Providence hospital and medical group

In late 2013, Denver-based NexCore Group LP completed its participation in the delivery of a two-story, 43,000 square foot, off-campus ambulatory facility in Monroe, Wash. NexCore delivered the project for Providence Regional Medical Center Everett (PRMCE), in Everett, Wash., and Providence Medical Group (PMG).
Both the hospital and the medical group are members of Renton, Wash.-based Providence Health & Services, one of the largest not-for-profit health networks in the western part of the country. The new outpatient facility, Providence Medical Building Monroe, is located in what providence considers a strategic sub-market of eastern Snohomish County about 30 miles northeast of Seattle.
