Practice to Open October 2013
MINNEAPOLIS, (Sept. 19, 2013) – Greywolf Partners, Inc., property and asset manager for International Market Square (IMS), recently finalized the execution of a 4,328 square foot, ten-year lease with Market Street Dermatology.
Elyse Scheuer, MD and Lynda Kauls, MD will be opening their new practice in IMS in October 2013. IMS, located at 275 Market Street, is a unique property that serves as the home to more than 150 design-related businesses, including architects, interior designers, galleries and showrooms, as well as non-design related offices. “We’re excited to welcome Market Street Dermatology to IMS and believe their boutique style practice will be an excellent addition to our unique space, “said Jennifer Thomas, Leasing Associate for Greywolf Partners, Inc.
Both Drs. Kauls and Scheuer are board-certified dermatologists who have practiced in the Twin Cities for several years. They have been recognized by their peers for their expertise in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, and are active in medical education. In their new endeavor, Drs. Kauls and Scheuer are committed to providing outstanding medical care delivered with kindness and integrity. “We believe that every patient deserves the treatment we would want for our own families,” said Dr. Scheuer.
They have taken careful consideration in creating a comfortable workspace and respectful environment for patients and employees alike.
