A joint venture partnership of Orlando, Fla.-based Sentio Healthcare Properties Inc., Dallas-based Caddis Partners and a group of physicians in recent weeks acquired a 114,583 square foot MOB in Bryan, Texas, about 95 miles northwest of Houston. The city is adjacent to College Station, Texas, the home of Texas A&M University.
