FIRM PAYS $25.5 MILLION FOR 85,879 SQ. FT. EYE INSTITUTE OF TEXAS BUILDING

A joint venture led by Newport Beach, Calif.-based IRA Realty Capital has acquired an 85,879 square foot MOB in Dallas for $25.5 million, or $297 PSF. The property, known as The Eye Institute of Texas, was 81 percent leased at the time of the closing in April.
Officials with IRA Realty say they are in discussions with several medical potential tenants and that landing them could bring the occupancy up to about 94 percent.
