Marketing started in recent weeks for a medical office building (MOB) that Brookfield, Wis.-based Hammes Co. has planned in Santa Rosa, Calif. The facility is slated for land on the future replacement campus of Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa (SMCSR), slated for completion in November 2014.

The Irvine, Calif., office of Hammes is leading the development and leasing effort for the future MOB, which is expected to have about 80,000 square feet of space.
