CARLYLE INVESTMENTS PLANS TO DEVELOP MORE THAN 80,000 SQUARE FEET

A local developer has plans for a seven-story MOB near the 808-bed Orlando Regional Medical Center just south of downtown.
In order to proceed with the project, Tampa-based Carlyle Investments Inc. plans to demolish three vacant 1950s office buildings on a 2.1-acre site and replace them with the MOB, which would have 80,028 square feet.
