MedProperties Holdings LLC closed last month on an equity investment in the 42,000 square foot Flower Mound Health Plaza, north of Dallas. The facility is being developed by Caddis Partners LLC.

Caddis Partners LLC and MedProperties Holdings LLC, two Dallas-based firms, are preparing to start construction in late January on a single-story medical facility in Flower Mound, Texas, north of Dallas. Construction financing closed in mid-December.
The facility, to be called Flower Mound Health Plaza, will have 42,000 square feet of space and be anchored by six primary care providers from two different practices.
