Huntsville, Ala.-based Triad Properties Corp. is developing a three-story, 60,000 square foot Madison Medical I medical office building on 3.46 acres near the new Madison Regional Hospital near Huntsville.

The trend of developing healthcare facilities in retail locations is alive and well in Madison, Ala., located outside of Huntsville, in the northern part of the state.
Within a future retail development known as Madison Corners, Huntsville-based Triad Properties Corp. recently purchased 3.46 acres for the development of a three-story, 60,000 square foot medical office building (MOB), to be called Madison Medical I.
