$27.5 MILLION, 80,000 SQUARE FOOT FACILITY IS A JOINT VENTURE WITH VENTAS

Pacific Medical Buildings has started construction for a $27.5 million medical office building in Castro Valley, Calif. The facility is being developed on Sutter Health’s Eden Medical center campus in a joint venture with Ventas Inc.

San Diego-based Pacific Medical Buildings (PMB) recently started construction on a $27.5 million, 80,000 square foot MOB on the campus of an under-construction hospital campus in Castro Valley, in the Bay Area of California south of Oakland.

The MOB is being built on the campus of the future Eden Medical Center, part of Sacramento, Calif.-based Sutter Health.
