■ Jersey City MOB in Jersey City, N.J. This 67,831 square foot facility is on the campus of Jersey City Medical Center. The new MOB was completed in 2010, is 100 percent occupied and is on land owned by the hospital and leased to the building owner through a long-term ground lease.
■ Columbia MOB in Hudson, N.Y. The 65,965 square foot facility is 95 percent occupied and is located on the campus of Columbia Memorial Hospital. It was completed in 2006 and is on a ground lease.
■ Cornwall MOB in Cornwall, N.Y. With 41,744 square feet of space, the building has an occupancy rate of 88 percent. The facility was completed in 2006.
