Companies: Large Phoenix MOB developers merge

THE NEW ENTITY, ENSEMBLE DEVMAN OF ARIZONA, HAS 8 PROJECTS IN PIPELINE

By John Mugford

It looks as if the merged entity of two Phoenix-based full-service medical real estate firms is off to a big start. In fact, the newly formed Ensemble DevMan of Arizona has eight projects in various stages of the pipeline that have a total value of more than $170 million. Those planned projects would have about 370,000 square feet of space.

The new firm is the result of a merger between long-time Phoenix area firms Ensemble Real Estate Services LLC and the DevMan Co.

Ensemble was founded in 1989 and specializes in the development and project management of medical office buildings (MOBs) for hospital clients.
