CITRUS PARK, Fla. – Optimal Outcomes of St. Petersburg, Fla., has broken ground for an $8.8 million, 26,500 square foot outpatient facility for Florida Orthopaedic Institute at 6119 Gunn Highway in Citrus Park, near Tampa. Optimal says it is developing the project in collaboration with Florida Orthopaedic Institute, the state’s largest ortho group.

Seavest, Trammell Crow finish work on $13.9 million project in Providence, R.I.  By John B. Mugford White Plains, N.Y.-based Seavest Healthcare Properties LLC recently announced that an MOB that it financed and owns in Warwick, R.I., is open for business.
