Inpatient Projects: Gulf Coast Medical Center plans to add 275 beds, doubling its size

FORT MEYERS, Fla. – Officials at Fort Meyers, Fla.-based Lee Memorial Health System say they want to add 275 inpatient beds to Gulf Coast Medical Center, which is also located in Fort Meyers. Although the system has yet to disclose the cost of the project, it would nearly double the size of the hospital.
