PUYALLUP, Wash. – A ground breaking was scheduled for February 2017 in Puyallup, just outside of Tacoma, Wash., for the future Wesley Homes Bradley Park, a 62-plus senior housing community.

GLENDALE, Ariz. – Jupiter, Fla.-based Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, which has six offices nationwide, has completed a 62,835 square foot MOB on the campus of Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Center in Glendale, just outside of Phoenix.
