2016 HRE Executive of the Year talks about starting and growing Caddis

It’s been quite a meteoric rise for Dallas-based Caddis since its founding in 2008 by a young man with a background as a civil engineer.
Since Jason Signor started the company as an evolution from the real estate arm of a large physician group in Dallas, the CEO and partner has grown Caddis from seven employees to 47 people in four national offices. During that time, the company has developed or acquired more than 43 properties totaling more than 2.7 million square feet and valued in excess of $700 million.
