Aventura, Fla., med tower tops out, is about two-thirds sold
One of the first medical office condominium projects to be built in a number of years in Miami-Dade County, Fla., is well underway near the 407-bed Aventura Hospital and Medical Center, part of HCA East Florida and Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HCA).
