Gensler is pleased to announce that Fady Barmada has joined the firm as Head of Health Strategy and Spatial Intelligence. Fady works at the intersection of healthcare strategy, real estate intelligence, and spatial analytics, helping health systems answer the question that precedes every design decision: where care should live.
He builds the analytical foundation beneath capital planning — connecting clinical operations, market demand, real estate fundamentals, and network strategy into a single view that health systems, investors, and operators can act on. Having founded and scaled a geospatial AI platform for healthcare location intelligence, he brings a rare fluency in both the data that shapes decisions and the buildings those decisions produce.
An architect by training and a strategist by practice, Fady is drawn to the seams between disciplines — where strategy meets finance, where operations meet design. He works to dissolve the silos that separate them, giving teams the clarity to commit to a direction and the evidence to defend it.
