Leading South Florida Health Care Real Estate Firms to Open First Out-of-State Facility, Fully Leased byGastro Health
CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (April 20, 2026) – Flagler MAS AJP, a joint venture by real estate investment and development firms MAS AJP and Flagler Healthcare (Flagler), have announced plans for astate-of-the-art, Class A medical office building in Charlottesville, Virginia. The forthcoming facility will bethe first out-of-state location of MedSquare®, MAS AJP’s portfolio of Class A medical office buildings nowexpanded in partnership with Flagler.

Currently in the permitting phase, MedSquare® Charlottesville will be located at 300 Worrell Drive, Charlottesville, Virginia, and is expected to open in the first quarter of 2028. The 20,000-square-foot, build-to-suit building is fully leased by Gastro Health, a leading national provider of comprehensive digestive health services.
