NEW YORK — Fifth Third Securities, Inc.’s (“FTS”) real estate investment banking team is pleased to announce the successful completion of the sale of a two-property medical outpatient building (MOB) portfolio located on the eastern coast of North Carolina. The transactions were completed on behalf of New York-based National Healthcare Properties (“NHP”), a publicly-registered healthcare real estate investment trust.
The MOB portfolio, totaling 68,000 square feet, includes properties located in Morehead City and Cedar Point, North Carolina. The portfolio is 89% leased to a mix of regional health systems and established physician groups.
The transactions were handled by FTS Managing Director Matthew Tarpley, Jake Gorin, Michael Fioravanti and Ravi Patel and followed the successful sale of two additional medical assets the FTS team worked with NHP on.
