Florham Park, NJ – May 28, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of Columbia Medical Center, a 19,620-square-foot medical office building located at 128 Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park. The final sale price was $7,800,000.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, André Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller/developer of the building, The Silverman Group, and procured the buyer, Adoni Property Group, in the transaction.
“The sale of Columbia Medical Center underscores the strength of the Florham Park market and the demand for stable, income-producing medical office assets,” said Sobel. “With its excellent demographics and strategic location, this property offered a compelling investment opportunity with minimal risk due to its fully leased status and NNN lease structures.”
