The issues are familiar; what’s needed are fresh solutions, InterFace panel says

During a wide-ranging, nearly hour-long discussion about how health systems are navigating the current business environment to grow and succeed, a question arose that is probably often on the minds of healthcare real estate (HRE) professionals.
That question is, of course: What can HRE firms do to better serve large providers, including health systems, that are looking to use real estate to continue to expand their footprints?
Providing a blunt and to-the-point answer was Matthew Stiene, senior VP of construction and facility services with Winston-Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health, which operates 19 hospitals and more than 700 other locations in North and South Carolina.
