We’re pleased to welcome Drew Martin to Newmark’s Healthcare Capital Markets Team as an Associate Director, based in New York. In this role, he will focus on executing business initiatives for the group’s healthcare real estate clients. His responsibilities will include investment sales, capital placements, development advisory, and healthcare provider monetizations.
Martin brings four years of experience in healthcare real estate, most recently as an Investments Associate at a publicly traded healthcare REIT. During his tenure, he played a key role in sourcing
and underwriting new investments, and supported the disposition of over $500 million in medical outpatient buildings. He holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School Of Business.
