Chicago, March 31, 2025 – A global investment firm has acquired a 39,448 square foot medical office property located at 1508 Aurora Avenue in Naperville, Illinois and has retained RX Health & Science Trust (RXHST) to continue providing property management services. The property is100% leased to Advocate Health Care where they offer primary care and a wide variety of specialty outpatient healthcare services.
