Berkadia Seniors Housing & Healthcare, led by Senior Director Brooks Minford, closed the 631-unit transaction on behalf of a local developer, owner, and operator.
The five properties were purchased by a Midwest-based owner and operator of seniors housing communities seeking to expand their footprint in Michigan.
