Cleveland, OH and Phoenix, AZ, (November 12, 2024)

Woodside Health is excited to announce the acquisition of Paradise Valley Plaza located on 5010, 5020, 5040 East Shea Boulevard. This marks the company’s 60th acquisition and its 14th property in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

The property is strategically located at the high-traffic intersection of Tatum Boulevard and Shea Boulevard, serving the affluent community of Paradise Valley. Notably, the nearby Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment project will include a $2 billion investment over a 100-acre site and provide a revitalized lifestyle center for the community.
