News Release: Cheri Clarke Doyle Joins Transwestern As Managing Director In Washington

Industry Veteran to Expand Healthcare Advisory Services in Mid-Atlantic & Northeast

(OCT. 15, 2024 – WASHINGTON) – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Cheri Clarke Doyle has joined the firm as Managing Director of Healthcare Advisory Services in Washington. In partnership with Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic and national healthcare teams, Doyle will leverage her robust relationships with health systems and 20 years of dedicated real estate experience in the medical sector to expand the firm’s market presence and guide clients to measurable, value-creating solutions.

Before joining Transwestern, Doyle was managing director at J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. and senior vice president at Trammel Crow Company. During her career she sourced and oversaw over 3 million square feet of senior housing and healthcare development and investment opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. She also served as regional real estate manager and strategic planner at Hammes Company and a strategic planner and senior living administrator at Inova Health System. Doyle’s notable clients include Bon Secours, Main Line Health, Sentara Health System and Bayhealth.
