JACKSONVILLE, Florida, February 20, 2024 – Flagship Healthcare Properties has tapped commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield to exclusively lease The Medical Exchange at eTown, a 40,000-square-foot Class A medical office building being built within Parc Group’s master planned eTown project.

David J. Hillegas and Francesca M. Neuman are overseeing leasing efforts for the entire building on behalf of owner and developer Flagship Healthcare Properties. Parc Group is the master developer for the broader eTown project.

Located at 0 Assembly St., The Medical Exchange will be a two-story building with suites ranging from 5,000 up to the property’s full 40,000 square feet to accommodate medical tenants of all sizes. The property will also offer 200 parking spaces and highly visible signage opportunities fronting State Road 9B and E Town Parkway.

The Medical Exchange is slated for completion in 2025 and will be strategically located near the borders of St. Johns and Duval counties while also benefiting from its positioning within eTown. eTown is a smart-living community that will include a highly amenitized walkable town center, known as The Exchange, along with approximately 4,700 residential units.
