News Release: New OhioHealth Medical Office Building Opens in Jerome Township

Jerome Township, OH, February 19, 2024

Today OhioHealth announced the opening of the OhioHealth Jerome Medical Offices to bring care close to home to families in Jerome Township and to the surrounding communities of Dublin, Marysville, and Plain City.

“We are committed to improving the health of those we serve, and part of fulfilling that mission is bringing care closer to where people live and work,” said Brett Kim, vice president of OhioHealth Physician Group. “Our hope is that by making care more accessible, we can make it easier for patients to make their health a priority.”

The 20,000 square foot, two-story medical office building in Union County is located at 10190 US Highway 42, approximately 10 minutes from OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital.

The $14.4 million-dollar project is home to primary and specialty care including pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, heart and vascular, neurosurgery and behavioral health, with additional space for future growth.

“This location represents a convergence of several communities, combined with access to 33 and 42,” Kim said, “This area is growing and will continue to grow, meaning there is and will continue to be a need for easy access to comprehensive care.”

“This project was a community effort,” Roland Tokarski, OhioHealth Vice President of Real Estate, Construction and Facilities said, “We appreciate the support and engagement of all the associated public and private entities that helped bring the project to fruition.”
