The purpose-built project encompasses 20,000 square feet and is 100%-leased to VillageMD, a national primary care provider with over 300 locations across 14 states. Sabrina Solomiany, Mike Cerny, and Chris Meyer acted as the exclusive advisors to Montecito Medical Physician’s Fund III. Berkadia Medical & Life Sciences secured a non-recourse construction loan at highly competitive terms including above market leverage on a 30-month term with full-term interest only and no prepayment penalty.
