Cushman & Wakefield represents landlord in transaction
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – June 27, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that One & Two Greenwood Plaza has extended its lease term with Kaiser Permanente for 120,979 square feet (sf) of space at the Class A office campus in Englewood (Denver), Colorado. Kaiser serves as the anchor tenant of the two-building project totaling 197,528 sf.
The suburban campus is owned by Franklin Street Properties. Cushman & Wakefield’s Ryan Stout, Nathan Bradley, Zachary Williams, and Kiley Crews represented ownership and JLL’s Patrick Bolick and Kurt Liss represented the tenant in the lease renewal.
Located at 6550 and 6560 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, One & Two Greenwood Plaza is situated on over 8 acres and was originally constructed in 1999/2000. The modern campus consists of a three-story office building (One) and a five-story office building (Two). The campus is conveniently located adjacent to the Village Center Light Rail Station and is surrounded by a wealth of retail amenities and near Interstate 25.
Cushman & Wakefield also continues to market the full 69,180-sf building at One Greenwood Plaza for lease.
