News Release: Vitalis Acquires Ardent Health Cardio Facility in Tulsa

Vitalis acquired a 45,556 square foot outpatient facility in Tulsa, OK, strategically located less than a mile from Hillcrest Hospital South. The building is fully leased by three tenants, Oklahoma Heart Institute, Hillcrest HealthCare System and Lifestance Health.

Oklahoma Heart Institute and Hillcrest HealthCare were acquired by Ardent Health in the early 2000’s and comprise 87% of the building. Ardent is one of the regions dominate health systems spanning six states, 230 locations and employing 1,400 providers.

The two subsidiaries of Ardent are recognized nationally for their award-winning heart and vascular services, treating patients from across the country. Services provided at the facility include a state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory, imaging, electrophysiology, and interventional cardiology.

“This mission-critical facility sits in Tulsa’s premier medical corridor and is surrounded by new construction as health systems and providers continue to recognize the importance of providing care to area residents,” added Vitalis VP of Acquisitions, Bill Bernart.
