Sand Lake Select Medical Hospital Lease Orlando Florida
Holladay Properties has announced that Select Medical has signed a long-term lease for its 72,000-square-foot property located at 7450 Sand Lake Commons Blvd in Orlando, FL. “Select Medical services patients with critical and complex healthcare needs. We are honored that our facility was chosen,” said Jeff Ottman, Partner and Senior Vice President at Holladay Properties.
The state-of-the-art facility will feature 63 beds and provide both critical illness recovery and inpatient rehabilitative care. Expected to open in late 2024, the new Select Specialty Hospital will serve patients recovering from chronic, medically complex conditions and debilitating illnesses, as well as injuries including stroke and other neurological disorders, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and other orthopedic conditions.
The building sits adjacent to the Orlando Health Dr. Phillips Hospital and is currently undergoing extensive redevelopment. “We are excited to partner with a renowned organization such as Select Medical. Together, we will transform this property into a premier Class A healthcare facility that will serve patients for many years to come,” said Lucas Brush, Holladay’s Florida Development and Acquisitions Manager.
